Standard Blind Rivet

Head Type of Standard Rivet
Dome Head
Dome head rivet is used on smooth workpieces, the side in contact with the workpiece is smooth and the head of the rivet protrudes from the surface of the workpiece after riveting is complete.
Countersunk Head
Countersunk head rivets are often used on angled workpieces where the surface does not need to be smooth. After riveting, the countersunk portion of the rivet will fit perfectly with the workpiece and the surface of the workpiece will be flat after riveting is complete.
Large Flange
Large flange blind rivets have a large contact area with the workpiece and are useful for joining low density materials. The increased contact area will reduce damage to the workpiece and the clamping force is evenly distributed over the contact surface, effectively preventing the rivet from penetrating the material.
